  • Why pick Your Virtual Assistant Services?

       I have over 18 years administrative experience supporting   

       individuals, teams and services. I am professional, reliable, efficient           and have competitive rates

  • How is a VA different to a PA?

       A VA is a self employed administrative professional who works from           home, a PA is an employee and​ works in a company office

  • How do I get started?

       I like to keep things straightforward, we have a chat and discuss your         requirements, I draft a proposal, agree the T&C's and then we're off

 

  • How much will it cost?

       My packages are tailored to you and can be reviewed at any time.             You only pay for the time taken to complete a task - that's it! I use a           simple time tracker called Toggl and can share a breakdown with               you. I round my time to the nearest 15 minutes

  • How do I send work to you?

       However you prefer - email, Dropbox, Google Drive​

  • How do I pay you?

       For ad-hoc support I will issue an invoice 7 days after​ completion of           a task. For ongoing support I will invoice monthly

  • Are there any hidden costs?

       No - just the package you choose​

  • Will all my information and details be kept safe?

       Yes, I abide by the Data Protection Act and keep all information                 safe and secure
